Lepogo La Thaba is in the process of transforming some previous bush camping sites into Eco Luxury Tented Campsites. Lepogo La Thaba's aim is to finalise the project before December 2012. Lepogo La Thaba needs initial finance investment to construct the campsite. It was decided to make 10 - 12 weekly accommodation investments possible to investors, on a ten-year basis (10 weeks), as a Holiday Service Investment. To make the development of this campsite possible, Lepogo La Thaba believes that we can make it worthwhile for like-minded individuals / companies with a common vision of conservation and enjoyment of nature, to invest in one of these 10-12 Weekly Service Investment of 10 weeks. This investment is projected at a week a year on a ten-year basis, but it stand the investor free to utilise his investment as the investor sees fit. The investor can take more than one week per year or even skip a year but all ten weeks must be taken within a 12 year period. The cost of a 10 one-week investment consists of a once off amount of R50 000-00. A week’s campsite accommodation will cost R 7000-00 (for four people), bringing the costs per person to ((R7000/7 days) / 4) = R 250-00 per person per night, with a 12% yearly increase. The cost to the investor on the other hand for the same week for the ten weeks use stays exactly the same with no levies. Based on a ten year period the investors save themselves an amount of R72 000-00.
